Coordinación

The Gota Verde project has brought together a wide range of diversified and highly trained professionals. This support should ensure that technologies and models developed in the project are of the highest quality; best adapted to the needs of BYSA and eventual beneficiaries.

Obviously, the large number of organizations involved represents a challenge for the coordination of the project. Through quarterly newsletters, annual meetings with European partners, bi-annual meetings with local partners and this web site; an internal discussion forum is updated and opened to different partners and stakeholders involved in the project.

The following diagram shows the organizational structure of the project:

At the level of  European Co-Beneficiaries, 3 meetings shall be organized:

• January 2007:  Start-up meeting, organized in Brussels

• September 2008: Mid-term meeting, to be held in Holland

• Late 2009: Final Meeting
